Necla Tarzi , the daughter of a prominant family in Istanbul was  born in 1925 . After moving to Afghanistan with Aziz, her husband in 1954, she became a school teacher in Turkish Community School in Turkish Embassy Kabul and taught there for more than 20 years.

Necla Tarzi, in his diary, has shed light on the dark and ruthless era of the post-kingdom period of Afghanistan. In 2012, she gave these notes to Ömer Tarzi to work on her diary.
